First step: Exploration

We start by exploring the city where we will be working. We check the distances between the airport, stadium, and hotels to identify suitable accommodations. According to the budget, we visit each 4-5 star hotel individually.

We study hard

We understand that needs vary from club to club and sport to sport. Some teams prefer to be close to the sports complex, while others may want to stay at the city’s most prestigious hotel. We work closely with the team to address their needs in detail.

Details and beyond...

Is finding the desired number of rooms at the preferred hotel enough? Certainly not... For example, having a private dining area and meeting room for the team is essential. Or whether there is a noisy event happening at the hotel during the stay. All checked and solved...

Details, details and details...

We check whether the hotel can block floors for players, the internet speed, the condition of the beds in the rooms, whether there are coffee break points on the floors, and the proximity of the restaurant and meeting rooms. Additionally, we assess the hotel's isolation from crowds, the size of the lobby, and the equipment in the meeting rooms.

Control and reports

We check the preparation of massage and therapy rooms, towel, ice, and water supplies. We also inspect the SPA, fitness facilities, outdoor areas, and the efficiency of laundry services. We meticulously review each of these aspects, compile detailed information, and provide a report with supporting visuals to the responsible person.

Shaping the Budget

Our budget is shaped after the hotel selection and needs are determined. We review and optimize it before presenting it. Depending on the team's travel plan, we can organize separate programs for sponsors, journalists, fans, executives, and guests upon request.

Additional arrangements

During the period between selecting the hotels and starting the operation, at 1481, we await the special menus requirements, names of participants, and requested programs from the team we will be working with. These are delivered to the hotel for preparation, and all possible questions are addressed.

Final touches

Finally, the number of vehicles to be used in the operation is determined. Vehicles are selected and the distribution for our guests is organized. After the hourly transfer schedule is prepared, all pre-operation preparations are completed.

AT THE DESTINATION...

We account for the smallest details. Our primary goal is to ensure athletes reach their rooms quickly and without hassle.
We consider all details that could disrupt the athletes’ concentration. The journey starts with pre-prepared boarding passes, and we organize extra check-in counters if needed for quick check-ins. Upon arrival, hotel key cards are handed out to ensure athletes can quickly retreat to their rooms
 

After all guests have settled into their rooms, we recheck everything according to the updated program. Meals, rest areas, and the lobby are constantly monitored. Immediate requests can always arise, so our vigilance never ends.

On match day, transportation to the stadium, delivery of the match meal to the locker room, and the return trip to the airport and then the plane after the game… These and everything else a sports team needs… Our goal is to ensure you leave happy.
